Hey what type of cardio training should I do for basketball? How would my monday thru thursday look like? Would I be jogging or sprinting or both? Let me know. Also i wanna hit the gym, If anyone could reccond me a workout lifting program that would be cool. My gym is opening next month a Local Ymca. So before it opens what in home excersies should I do and no I dont have weights btw. Basically a stable program I can do yearly is what im looking for
