Centerball - Bench game

To set this game up you need a gymnastics bench at each side of the half court and two back to back benches (or a large gymnastics box if available) laying flat inside the middle of the area. In this middle area there should be a white player defending their side of the bench and a blue player defending their side. The white team tries to score by hitting the ball on the blue's side of the bench and the white side tries to score on the blue's side of the central bench. After every failed attempt to score the team who made the shot must touch one of the benches on either side of the area.

Players are in a circle hands on their backs.One player is in the center.This player either really passes to a player of the circle or just makes a dummy pass.When the player of the circle gets his hands off his back with a dummy pass het gets one penalty point.Who reaches 5 penalty points first is the loser of the game.

Tag - Protect the player

The tagger tries to tag a specific player and must make it clear which player it is they are trying to catch. The players on the other team must try to prevent the tagger from catching the player they are trying to catch.

Players D are waiting.At a signal of the coach the player A and B take the positions of the waiting D players.<br>D players take the positions of the C players and start passing.Players C take the positions of the A and B players and start passing.After the pass, players move backwards to their own starting positions.
