Players are in a circle hands on their backs.One player is in the center.This player either really passes to a player of the circle or just makes a dummy pass.When the player of the circle gets his hands off his back with a dummy pass het gets one penalty point.Who reaches 5 penalty points first is the loser of the game.

Handball Dodgeball

Two opposing equal sides both start on the baseline of the area with 3 balls on the center line (half as many balls as there are players). On the coach's call players sprint to try and collect the ball and claim it for their team. Once in possession of the ball players are trying to hit the opposition's cones whilst at the same time protecting their own cones. The winning team is the first team to hit all of their opponent's cones.

Players make circle holding eachothers hands or fore-arms.In the center are a number of cones.Players push and pull so that others touch the cones.Touching a cone means a penalty pointe.g use the letters of the word DONKEY.Every time you touch a cone you receive a letter of the word DONKEY.The first who has the complete word DONKEY loses the game.

Two posts in the center of the area. Between these posts a line with newspapers.Two teams try to hit and get the papers off the line.The team which gets its papers off first is the winner.

Passing game

One player stands about 2-3 meters in front of the other players. This player is the feeder for their group and passes to the other players. Once a player has caught the ball from the feeder and passed it back, they run to the back of their own queue.

White players must try to hit the last player of the 'dragon' (the four blue players in the middle are the dragon). Players in the dragon hold each other's hips or shoulders and try to avoid the ball. In order to hit the back of the dragon the white players must pass the ball quickly around the circle. The ball is not allowed to travel further than one player at a time.

Left-handers should shoot with their right foot in front, right-handers shoot with their left foot in front As you wind up to shoot get your hand at the same height as your shoulder and then pull the ball backwards. Your forearm should form a 90 degree angle with upper-arm Hip turns backwards together with the hand behind the ball with your fingers slightly spread. The third and final step involves moving forwards with a large and explosive drive - planting the 'weak' foot in the direction of the goal as the hand, arm and hips move forwards in the final movement.

Both sides line up facing one another, with the ball starting on opposite sides. The player who starts with the ball throws to the player opposite them who then returns the ball. They then throw the second player on the opposite side who also returns the ball. Finally they throw the ball across to the third player on the opposite side who then returns the ball.

Players take it in turns to attack in a 2 vs 1, with one player from the left pairing with the central player or a player from the right pairing with the central player (player 1 and 2 or player 2 and 3). Once players are past the defender they should have a shot on goal before retrieving the ball and rejoining the back of their respective line.

Simple fast break drill with two lines of players (one on each side) and a feeder/coach standing in the middle. The player at the front of the line passes the ball to the feeder in the middle and then sprints towards the goal. The feeder returns the ball, passing the ball in front of the runner, for them to run onto and shoot with a quick center shot! The attackers should go all the way to the goal line. Low shots are more effective!!

Players stand in line waiting their turn to attack. The first player passes to player two in the middle who plays an immediate ball back into the path of the player who passed to them. This player should then catch the ball and shoot with a center shot on goal. Variations : - center shot when running - center shot hip height - center shot knee height   First without a defender, later with a passive defender who only shows the attacker where to throw : defender has hands high --&gt; attacker should decide for a shot at hip of knee height. Simple keeper warm-up plus good for the center's throwing accuracy. Players pass the ball to the keeper who then takes one step and immediately sends the ball up court to the center. The center then catches the ball and passes it back to the player who played the original pass.

Blue players take it in turns to dribble forward and shoot on goal. However, there's 3 defenders in their way, so in order to make space for the shot players will have to shoot at hip height to avoid the defender's wide arms.

Running Center Shot - Beat the...

Two lines of players (one on each side), a feeder/coach standing in the middle and a defender standing behind the feeder. The player on the left passes the ball to the coach/feeder in the middle. As soon as the pass has been made a player from the right should start running straight towards goal. They'll need to be quick though! As soon as the second player has started running the defender can move across to try and block the shot. After a shot/block has been made the defender return to behind the feeder and the drill restarts from the other side.
