Handball: games

Mini game of bench ball (played in a smaller area than 1 third of the court), with 1 ball in a 3v3. Players score a point for their side every time they hit the opposition's bench. Players must pass the ball around inside their own half in order to create space for the shot at their opponent's bench.

Make a movement forward with your trunk bent forward. 1. Take off with one or two feet. Bend forward with ankle, knee and hip, trunk bent forward, eyes to the goal. 2. After the shot both arms touch the floor because directly after the shot the landing takes place. 3. There must be a fast bending of the arm to cushion the fall, the trunk is brought forward and the head is in the neck. 4. Both legs are bent almost 90 degrees, feet upward. Slide forward on the floor when the chest touches the floor. Head in the neck. 5. Chest, belly and upper leg slide on the floor, while the arms push the body along the floor. 6. The body slides forward, while elbows and wrists are completely bent.

Teams: - Two teams with an equal number of players face off (e.g., 6 vs. 6 or more depending on space). The Objective: - Eliminate all players on the opposing team by hitting them with a ball. - If you hit an opponent and the ball touches them before hitting the ground, they are "out." Gameplay: - Players start behind a line on their respective sides. - Balls are placed in the center at the start of the game (often called a rush). - Players run to grab the balls and begin throwing them at the opposing team. Elimination: - A player is out if: - They are hit by a ball (and the ball doesn't hit the ground first). - Their thrown ball is caught by an opponent (the catcher may also bring a teammate back into the game). - A player is NOT out if the ball hits the ground, wall, or another surface first. Dodge and Catch: - Players dodge the ball to avoid being hit. - Catching the ball eliminates the thrower and may allow a teammate to re-enter the game. Boundaries: - Players must stay within the designated playing area. If they step out, they are considered "out." Winning the Game: - The team that eliminates all players on the opposing side wins the round. - Games can be played in a single-round format or as a best-of series.

Divide the pitch into three areas. Both teams play a 3 v 3 inside the middle third of the pitch. The blue team are trying to hit the white team's benches and vice versa. Teams must pass around to get a free chance before trying to score.

Two equal numbered teams play against each other with normal rules. The only additional rule is that at no stage may a team be ahead more then 1 goal. So at 1-0 the team who are ahead have to keep possession until the end of the game. Only if the opposition scores may they try to score again. Play this way with 5-10 minute games with regular break.

This is a game which requires two teams of 4 (in the diagram two games are being played simultaneously). Two teams of three play inside the area, with one player from each team on the outside. The teams inside should pass around so that everybody inside the area touches the ball at least once. Once everyone on a team has touched the ball they should then try to pass to the player outside the area. If they do this they score 1 point. If they receive the return pass from the player they receive another 1 point.

5 vs 5 game (can be played with or without goals).Game 1:Possession keeping game where all passing is with the hands by throwing and catching. Teams score a point for every 10 passes they make without losing the ball.Game 2:Alternatively you can play this game with goals. All passes must be made with the hands (players can't run with the ball in hand) and players can only score with a header.

Two equal teams play with one ball in half the court. Two players who are on neither team hold an elastic cord (or a spare bib/piece of material) to form a moving goal. These two players must run around the pitch, keeping the goal open (stretched out). The aim of the game for the other players is to score a goal into this moving goal through use of a bounce pass.

Blue team tries to pass 10 times without losing or dropping the ball. Defending team try to prevent this and try to intercept and disturb passing. Once the ball drops or is intercepted they can have a try.

Two teams (one per basket) play basketball using a handball and handball rules. Players are not allowed to walk while holding the ball, but dribbling is permitted. To score a point, the ball must be thrown upwards through the hoop from below, rather than from above.To make it more challenging:Players are not allowed to dribble.The ball cannot be passed back to the player you received it from.Passes must be made using a bounce pass.Passes must be made with the 'wrong' hand.Passes must be made with both hands.

Playing inside half a court at both sides there is a coned area about 2 meters deep. Each team must attack the other team's zone whilst defending their own. Aim of the game : To try and bring the ball into the 'enemy' zone and make a try.

Play a normal full pitch game with the following condition:One attacker on both teams must stay in the offensive half of the pitch at all times.This will result in a one man overload when teams are attacking and will promote fast breaks.
