Players A pass to B, move to left (right) and back to the center, get pass back from B and shoot at the goal.Series:on the handsleft top cornerright top cornershoulder height left-rightknee height left-rightbounce balls left-rightlow balls left-rightAdd 1 defender who blocks defensively at 6 meters.

Try to score - 3v2 560 complex...

Set up your players up in three equal lines. Only the player at the start of line 1 has a ball. Blue 1 starts the drill with a pass to blue 2 who runs onto the ball and tries to break past the two defenders. If they are unable to find space for the shot they must pass to player 3 who repeats the process. Drill continues in this way (blue1 - blue2 - blue3 - blue1...)until an opening for the shot has been created.

Break with Large Groups 1 538 ...

Players A and B pass their balls with a high pass towards the throw off line of the court. They sprint for each others balls and A dribbles to the other half and tries to score a goal. B dribbles around the cones and tries to score a goal on this part of the court.A and B change positions after they have returned.

Players A pass to B, move to left (right) and back to the center, get pass back from B and shoot at the goal against blocking defenders 2. Defenders should make the gap close, but not completely close off everything. There should always be a gap between the cones.

Set up your players up in three equal lines. Only the player at the start of line 1 has a ball. Blue 1 passes to blue 2 who then passes the ball to blue 3 who finished the move with a shot on goal. Every player joins the back of the next line after passing the ball.

Chase your own pass 560 comple...

Set up 5 equal groups of players, one group on each sideline and 3 in the middle. Have several balls with both groups of sideline players. Player 1 starts the drill with a pass to player 2. Player 2 runs out to meet the pass and then passes it on to player 3 who passes to player 4 who finishes with a shot on goal. Immediately after passing though player 1 must chase down their own pass, making sure they're in a position to block the shot when blue 4 is in possession. Players in the middle rejoin the back of their own lines after receiving the pass/shooting. Sideline players join the back of the line on the opposite side of the court after blocking the shot.

Pass A to space making B.Pass B1 to C - in the meanwhile B1 retreats and comes forward again.Defender 1 does not come foward then B shoots from the distance. Pivot D screens defenders 1 and 2 so that they cannot come forward.

Draw in the defender - Running...

The ball starts on the wing and the first pass is played into the path of the player 2. Players runs forward with the ball with the intention of engaging the defender, drawing them away from player 3 in the middle. Once the defender has been drawn in player two makes the pass for player 3 to run onto and shoot from, using a running center shot.

Chase your own pass - Extra De...

Set up 5 equal groups of players, one group on each sideline and 3 in the middle. Have several balls with both groups of sideline players. Also have two additional defenders (red players) stationed just inside the 9 meter line. Player 1 starts the drill with a pass to player 2. Player 2 runs out to meet the pass and then passes it on to player 3 who passes to player 4. Player 1 must chase the passes across the court to support the two red defenders as they press out to put pressure on the pass When player 4 receives the ball they should look for the shot on goal. The drill then starts from the other side - going from left to right.

Blue team tries to pass 10 times without losing or dropping the ball. Defending team try to prevent this and try to intercept and disturb passing. Once the ball drops or is intercepted they can have a try.

Players work in groups of three (blue players), passing and moving the ball to try and create space for a pass into the pivot (white player). Meanwhile the defender (red) is doing their best to mark the pivot and prevent the space opening up for a pass to the pivot player for a shot on goal!

Same as in <em>Back and Forth 1</em> player 1 starts the drill from the right wing and passes to player 2. Player 2 then passes to player 3 who passes to player 4. After they've passed the ball player 2 moves forward, in behind the defence to the right wing position. To finish the move player 4 passes the ball back to player 3 who then feeds the ball to the white player (pivot player) who then turns and shoots at goal.

Players work in groups of three with one ball per group. The worker (player 2) passes the ball to the feeder (player 1) and then follows their pass, looping behind the feeder. Once they are behind the feeder they then call for the return pass which they then offload to the next player in line. Drill continues in this way.

Move forward, sideward/backwards - forward, sidewards left and throw at the goal.
