Players make small groups of 3 players.One player is outside the circle and may shout to a certain group : come along or Go away.After doing this the player and the group start running along the complete circle until they come back at their original place.The player who is last has to go outside and challenge another group.variations :starting positions :- sitting on knees- sitting on bottoms- lying on back- lying on tummy

Dive shot match

Each group has a bench with cones placed on it, a falling mat and a ball. The objective for players is to try and hit the cones off the bench with a diving shot.

One player runs to the mat and throws it over to its other side, runs back to his group first rounding the cone, touches the next player who goes and does the same.Which mat reaches the other side first ?

Passing game

One player stands about 2-3 meters in front of the other players. This player is the feeder for their group and passes to the other players. Once a player has caught the ball from the feeder and passed it back, they run to the back of their own queue.

Two groups.Blue players stand very close together.White player must go between every player.Blue players may only use their bodies to 'squeeze' the white players.White players may use their hands and arms.Which player is fastest ?Which group is fastest ?

Relay with blocking

Split your group in half and line them up behind two different cones on the sideline. On the coach's call players from both line run one at a time around the cone and back. Once they're back the next player can go. However, to make things hard for them there are two players on the cone on the opposite side of the court who are trying to block the running players. Which group will finish first?

Players stand and move in one line.Hands to shoulders or hands on hips of player in front of you.There is one tag man who tries to tag the last player of the queue.Other players move in such a way that it becomes difficult for the tag man.variations :- change the last person of the group every time he gets tagged- change after 1 minute- make the queue shorter

Groups of players transport all kinds of objects (balls, boxes, shirts, bags etc) across the bridge to the other side.Who will finishe first?

Players A and B pass their balls with a high pass towards the throw off line of the court. They sprint for each others balls and A dribbles to the other half and tries to score a goal. B dribbles around the cones and tries to score a goal on this part of the court.A and B change positions after they have returned.

Set up your players up in three equal lines. Only the player at the start of line 1 has a ball. Blue 1 passes to blue 2 who then passes the ball to blue 3 who finished the move with a shot on goal. Every player joins the back of the next line after passing the ball.

Blue team tries to pass 10 times without losing or dropping the ball. Defending team try to prevent this and try to intercept and disturb passing. Once the ball drops or is intercepted they can have a try.

Playing inside half a court with a large mat in the center players try to press the ball onto the mat in order to score a point for their team. After scoring the ball must be played to a player on the opposite team on the side line and then start the attack again ( quick throw off imitation).

Teams play to bring the ball behind the line. Players are only allowed to pass the ball - absolutely no dribbling or no running with the ball allowed. Defenders can win the ball back by blocking their opponents or intercepting the ball.

Set up two groups on each side of the court. Players in group 1 start with the ball on the corner. Player 1 passes the ball out to player 2 who shoots on goal. After the shot both players run to the benches where they perform a series of quick jumps before joining the back of the opposite line on the other side of the court. Drill continues from other side of court.

Two teams start at the same time. Plyaers first pass their ball to the feeder who passes back at the throw off line. Then players dribble and try to score goal.<br>If a goal is scored the next player may start (see bottom graphic). If not then the player sprints to the throw off line to the balls, takes a ball and goes for a goal once again. (see upper graphic) After his shot, the next player of his group may start.

Set up 5 equal groups of players, one group on each sideline and 3 in the middle. Have several balls with both groups of sideline players. Player 1 starts the drill with a pass to player 2. Player 2 runs out to meet the pass and then passes it on to player 3 who passes to player 4 who finishes with a shot on goal. Immediately after passing though player 1 must chase down their own pass, making sure they're in a position to block the shot when blue 4 is in possession. Players in the middle rejoin the back of their own lines after receiving the pass/shooting. Sideline players join the back of the line on the opposite side of the court after blocking the shot.

Players take it in turns to attack in a 2 vs 1, with one player from the left pairing with the central player or a player from the right pairing with the central player (player 1 and 2 or player 2 and 3). Once players are past the defender they should have a shot on goal before retrieving the ball and rejoining the back of their respective line.
