Airfield

Players run around the area, changing direction regularly. One player is the flight controller and tags players who must run to the landing area between the cones. Once safely in touching distance of the crash mat players should dive and land on the mat. After 'landing' they then take off again.

Work in pairs.One is lying on the floor, belly down.Number two is lying next to him in push-up position.Jumps over the other one and land in push-up position.Now number two jumps over number one etc.Most times in a certain time.Who will be at the finish line first ?

Players make small groups of 3 players.One player is outside the circle and may shout to a certain group : come along or Go away.After doing this the player and the group start running along the complete circle until they come back at their original place.The player who is last has to go outside and challenge another group.variations :starting positions :- sitting on knees- sitting on bottoms- lying on back- lying on tummy

In this game players run inside the area and attempt to avoid being caught by the taggers. Players are safe from being tagged if they are laying on a mat, on their belly. Players are only allowed to stay on the mat for 3 seconds, then they have to get up and run away again. Tag men are not allowed to wait for the player during these 3 seconds.

Dive shot match

Each group has a bench with cones placed on it, a falling mat and a ball. The objective for players is to try and hit the cones off the bench with a diving shot.

Players run around the half court area. Every mat they come to they should perform a forward roll.

Pick and Roll - Power Play Dec...

Five players from the attacking team position themselves around the goal area line so that they stretch the defenders. Each of them should be man-marked from a distance by the five white players. The attacking blue players pass the ball in the following order:<br />Blue1 - Blue2 - Blue3 - Blue4. After passing the ball blue1 runs to the center and sets a screen in front of Blue6. Blue4 now has a decision to make. They can:<br /><br />- Take the shot themself<br />- Pass to Blue1<br />- Pass to Blue6<br />- Pass to Blue5 From this point the drill is live.

Blue 4 and 6 stand with their backs to the defender, setting up a back screen.Blue 4 then throws the ball out to blue 3 who runs forwards with the ball towards white 2. Meanwhile blue 6 runs around to continue blocking defender 3's view. Blue 3 then passes the ball to blue 2 who then has the shot on goal (can be deflected towards goal by player 3).

Goalkeepers start on one side of the court and move to the other side. While moving, they will roll a ball a short distance in front of them, before running after it and picking it up. This is repeated all the way across the court. Aim for 8 pick ups across the half court, and goalkeepers should be running up and down the half court twice.

The red player is the tagger and is trying to tag the other players. When the players who trying to avoid being tagged fall down on a mat they cannot be tagged. However, there can be no more than two players to a mat so if there are already two players on a mat and a third player jumps on the player who has been on the mat the longest must get off.

The keeper should react as quickly as possible to the incoming ball, gather it up and then side-step/ move forwards (only one step) in order to throw the ball up field to player 4. Player 4 must catch the ball and then return it to one of the players without a ball to restart the drill.
