
Start on the first marker slide in Defence across to the second marker turn around and run to the third marker, slide in defence from the third marker to the fourth marker, turn around and run to the fifth marker from the fifth marker defencive slide to the sixth marker, once at the sixth marker back peddle to the seventh marker then defencive slide to the last marker. Once you get to the last marker Sprint back to the begginning. You are to do this as many times as you can and as fast but still do it all right all in 2 mins with no breaks in between
