Teams are split into equal numbers and each player are given a number. The coach then calls out one of the numbers and the corresponding players then have run down the line and around the orange cones. The coach passes the ball into the open space and the players then compete to try and score a goal. Goals can only be scored inside the Blue zone.
The Team with the most points wins. Goals do not count if the players do not run around the cones. Progression: Introduce a smaller goal within the larger one, which scores double points. 2v2 to encourage passing, i.e. both players have to touch the ball before a goal can be scored.
