DESCRIPTION

Two teams setup at opposite ends of area. Defenders to pass to Attackers who will dribble the ball to the defenders end line to score points through goals. Increasing points for more adventurous goals near the defenders start position. If defender wins ball they can score points by dribbling to the Att end line. PROGRESSION: 2v1 If defender wins ball can second defender join play to recieve pass from winning defender, double points

COACHING POINTS

Defneders to arc run to cut route to goals and press attacker. Jockey Attacker until chance to steal ball Atackers to be quick in attack, encourage skills to reach 10pt goal. Use 2v1 to make pitch wide to get to 10pt goal, ask team is easier to get to 10pt goal 1v1 or 2v1, why? Defenders to get second player if ball won, quick change from def to att, next defender to be ready.
