
Team split into two halves of ATT's and DFD's. ATT's lineup on byelinewith facing a cone 10m out. DFD's line up other side of goal, 10m out facing a cone on the byeline. On whistle first ATT sprints round cone, as does first DFD, server serves ball into ATT's path. ATT receives ball and attacks goal, DFD tries to stop in a 1v1 situation. If ATT scores, DFD takes, or ball goes dead then reset and both players join end of opposite line. variation - add GK variation - server shouts 1 or 2 and either 1 player or two players from each team sprint out.
