
Set up the players into a relevant formation. The attacking team start with the ball on the halfway line with the CM/DCM. They are to the keep possession whilst attacking the goal. The aim is to create scoring opportunities. If the defending team win the ball they are to try and play out. The defending team scores if they can make it over the halfway line.
Possession with a purpose. Use of space. Play away from trouble. Switch play. Intensity/changes of pace. Communication for both attacking and defending teams.
