Set up an area approximately 35x25yds with 2 end zones that are roughly 5yds deep. Split the group into 2 even teams. The players play a posession game in the middle until they have an opportunity to get the ball into one of the end zones. To do this a player must receive a pass and control the ball into an end zone and catch it before it exits out the other side. Only the player with the ball is allowed in the end zone. The play starts again with the team in posession trying to get to the other side. Players should focus on the correct body position, direction and weight of their touch.
