Set out a pitch roughly 40x60yds and split into 2 halfs. Split into 2 even teams but make it uneven between the two halfs i.e. 2v2 and 1v1 or a 3v3 and 2v2. This ensures there is an overload each time. The coach rolls the ball in to get the game running and chooses one team to attack a goal. If the red team start they keep the ball and pass this into the other half to a team mate and join the attack (either making a 4v3 or 3v2). The team keep the ball trying to create opportunities to shoot. When the game breaks down or a team scores the coach rolls the ball into another team to attack. A player can drop back into a half for the team in possession to get the ball moving to the other half.
