The session starts with 1 v 0, once a goal is scored, the opposing team enters the pitch and the game goes to 2 v 1, this continues to the blue team going 3v2 etc.. Teams encouraged to score within 10 seconds. Defending team encouraged to win the ball and to counter within 10 seconds. If counter attack slows down look to build a goal and retain possesion.
