Set up a diamond a shape pitch with three sections and a goal at either end. Put the players in teams and ask for them to set up with a GK, 2x Def, 1x MID, 1x ST. They cannot leave the designated areas at any time. Stop the game throughout and allow them to come up with a new strategy amongst themselves, allowing them to change formation etc. Maybe add a player on each side of the diamond that both teams can utilize. Allow the players to go in the section next to them aswell.
