Divide the group up into 2 groups, and within those groups into 2 teams (4v4 if possible). Divide the space up into 2 pitches, and on each pitch mark an end zone for each team and a retreat line half way across the pitch. The ball is played from an end zone, with the opposing team in their own half beyond the retreat line. The aim of the game is to for a team to pass to one of their players in the oppositions end zone which earns them a point. If some players are not getting involved, consider enforcing a rule that all players must of made a pass for a point to be valid. Play for 5 mins max and rotate the teams. Movement off the ball is absolutely key. Players off the ball must provide options for the player on the ball to pass to. Players off the ball must be thinking about the space on the field which makes them a good option to pass to. Players on the ball must look up in order to find the right pass. Encourage good communication, if a player is in a good space then they should let their team mates know about it!
