Football netball focuses on movement of players. There are no goalkeepers and equal teams. The players must throw the ball to each other to pass the ball. No player can run with the ball, they must stand still whilst holding the ball. They can only hold the ball for 3 seconds before they must release it. Players must move off the ball to receive a pass To score a goal, the ball must be headed in. A player can self serve a header (1 point) or if they head directly from a throw they can score (3 points)
