Square 10m x 10m (to suit N° of players). 2 Teams playing with hands only. The defenders are not allowed to tackle. The only way to win possession is by intercepting a pass. Points are scored by receiving a pass inside 1 of the 4 squares (1m x 1m). Players with the ball can not walk or run. They must remain stationary. The Attacking team can not score in the same square they have just scored in. If the defending team gain possession, they become the attacking team.
Decision making - Attacker with the ball - who to pass to, are they free / are they marked? Can they forward plan the 2nd combination pass? Attacker without ball - can they escape from their marker? Defenders, mark the attackers to prevent the pass. Can they intercept the pass?
