DESCRIPTION

1st phase: 8 lanes of 1vs1 attempting to get past each other and make it into the end zone to score a point. alterante who starts with the ball and always return to the cone to start off the go, if the ball goes out their go ends and it swaps over. After roughly 5 minutes move to phase 2 Phase 2: Half the amount of lanes by merging lanes to make multiple 2vs2 games with the same rules as phase 1. after roughly 5 minutes move to pahse 3. Phase 3: Half the amount of lanes again to make 4vs4 game with the same rules as previous stages.

COACHING POINTS

1vs1: Use skills and dribbling to get past the defender. 2vs2: Use of their team mate is crucial and team mate needs to be making runs and getting into space. Defenders need to work together to tackle and stop attackers making the pass. 4vs4 Same as previous stage however multiple team mates to pass to which means more players to make runs, should not be attempting to do it by themself. defenders have more players to be aware of
