Teams bring players out alternatively. The first player plays a 1 vs the keeper (in the diagram, red goes first). Then it becomes; 2v1 (Blue attack) 3v2 (Red attack) 4v3 (Blue attack) 4v4 (Red attack) Then everyone resets.
