Time: Total 12â Space: 15â24â (each zone of 15â10â and middle zone 15â4â) Number of Players: 9 per field, teams of 3 Activity: Blue team starts with possession, and needs to make at least 3 passes between them, and they will have pressure from ONE yellow player (the others stays inside the middle rectangle). After the minimum of 3 passes, they can play a long pass to the Red team, the yellow players move back inside the rectangle, and the other yellow will try to get the ball. If the yellow team gets the ball from the red team (or blue), they play the ball on the other side and switch position with red team. The exercise never stops. Teams make points when they do a successful pass to the other side.
