5 v5 plus a GK for defending team. Defending team look to play out from the back and score through gates. Attackers look to gain possession and score in the goal.
Defenders- make pitch big, width/depth/length. Look for opportunity to play forward if possible. Attackers- work togther to win the ball back. Be direct when you gain posession.
