Yellows - always remain defenders Whites - full backs Oranges - wide players Green - striker Black - GKs 5v4 in middle in favour of defending team. Blues try to keep possession and if reds win ball back they play ball to striker or wide players and attack goal. As soon as wide player or striker takes first touch, both white full backs are in and can recover. Two red players also join attack each time, with one blue recovering. Rotate, so that full backs and wide players swap and so blues now attack and reds defend.
Win ball and feed striker or wide player. Quick attacks taking advantage of players out of position.
