Set up a pitch approximately 15m by 30m. Split the pitch into 3rds. Both teams will have a defensive area, midfield area and attacking area. 5 v 5 with a goal keeper. Each team sets up with 1 goalkeeper, 1 defender, 2 midfielders and 1 attacker. They are positioned in their areas of the feild and are not allowed to lave that area i.e. attacker cannot go into the midfield area. The rule is that the must move the ball from defence to midfield then to attack without players exiting their areas. This can be progressed that the midfield can be missed out so th epass goes from defence to attack. Also if understanding is good then was once a player has made the pass they can join the attack in the next area i.e. midfield to attack to create 2v1.
Move to find space control the ball and play a pass early head up
