7 defenders, 4 attackers and 1 server. The server must pass the ball into an attacker and their objective is to pass the ball quickly and shoot early, however the goal will be made smaller to challenge them. The defenders` objective is to press the ball and put pressure on the attackers as quick as possible. They must also prevent each attempt on goal, ensuring they keep a clean sheet. As well as pressuring the attackers, they must also ensure they maintain their shape and defend as a unit. The attackers must also keep their shape as a diamond at all times. If the ball goes out of play or a goal is conceded, play will start again from the server. Rotate the server regularly.
