Pair up team members and place pairs on cones 20 to 40 yards apart. 1. One player will begin as the "starting" player and one will stay back at the original cone.2. When the drill begins, the starting player will sprint to the opposite cone and do a predetermined amount of push-ups. 3. The player who stay at the original cone will be doing a constant action, such as 6-inches, alternate tapping on the balls, crunches, etc. 4. When the starting player returns, the players immediately switch and the drill continues.
