2 teams play in each pitch with back to back goals. The Red team shoot in one goal the blues in the other. The aim is for each team to score as many goal as they can on their pitch. If the defending team on the pitch clear the ball onto their attacking pitch their team can score using that ball too. This means players need to be reactive and communicate as their maybe ore than one ball on their pitch to finish. Progressions you could overload pitches or add players who can float onto both pitches. You can also restrict a area around each goal so shoots are from distance only, Keepers or no goalkeepers
Coaching points be reactive, Communicate well, Finish quickly.
