Players must work on their ability to press the ball and applying pressure when defending as well as shooting early when attacking If ball goes out play, play commences from either goalkeeper to keep play moving at a quick pace. Technical: Attacking Principles: Passing, Type of pass, Accuracy of pass, Receiving, Spacial Awareness, Control of ball, Shooting, Accuracy of shot. Defending Principles: Awareness of attackers, Intercepting, Tackling, Tracking opponents, Pressuring, Recovery runs, Individual Roles Physical: Movement, Agility, Balance and Coordination, Speed, Strength to hold off defenders or hold up attackers. Psycho/Social: Fun and Enjoyment, Communication, Concentration, Focus, Responsibility, Self-esteem/Confidence.
