Setup a good long and wide pitch with two teams at opposite ends. Setup three (ideally different) goals facing outward. Make sure there is enough playing space between the goal and the sideline. The coach serves the ball and calls out a number. That number of players from each team can then enter the pitch. Each team can score on any of the six goals. Once a goal has been scored, the players then return to theri own startingline, and the coach can serve another ball and call out a new number. The teams score more points by scoring on the smaller and more difficult goals. The teams decide themselves which players can enter the pitch at each serve, encouraging strong communication and fast decision making between players.
Focus on shift in attacking as soon as a perticular goal is well defended. Focus on intensity in the game, as this is the only way to survive, when a samll numver of players is defending six goals for example.
