Last Man Attacking The purpose of this is to teach the striker to break free from the defender and get himself in to a goal scoring position. The next object is to finish under pressure from the defender. The attacker and the defender stand next to eachother as they would in a game. The defender must be behind the attacker to prevent the attacker having a free run on goal. The defender must be aggresive with the attacker. The attacker must look to come short for the ball and then lay the ball back to the midfielder. Once they have passed the ball the attacker must spin the defender, leaving room for the midfielder to play the ball in to the attackers path to create the chance. The attacker must finish
Last man defending Coming short to move the defender out of position. Finishing 1 v 1, quickly and under pressure.
