Coach feeds the ball to the forward who plays the ball to the wing. Winger with the ball then runs down the line and delivers a cross into the box. If he draws the defender he should wait for the defender to commit and then play a ball early to one of his team mates. The forward makes a a run into the edge of the box, being careful not to get too close to the GK. If he draws the defender he should hold his run. The other winger makes a run into the back post, being careful not to get too close to the GK or to the Forward and Defender.
Focus on your positioning relative to the defender and GK. Hold your runs to let the winger get ahead of you. Make sure your runs go into the box and the winger can see you - i.e. you're not hidden behind the defender or GK. Make runs initially to outside of the box and not too deep.
