Teams set into two groups. Each group will line up either side of the goal and will enter the pitch with a 1-2 pass and then a pass out wide to one of the wingers. Either a diaginol pass to the oppersite wing or a pass foward to the wing on their side. once the two players have passed out wide they will run round the cones into the area where the winger will cross/ pass the ball in for a shot. once the reds have shot then the blue team should set off in the oppersite direction. The two attackers will then take up the position of the wingers and the wingers will go back to line up behind the goall.
Try to make this a pretty quick drill and if the attackers dont get into the area before the cross then their go is over. Strikers to only use two touches in the area, control and shoot or pass. Could include a defender.
