White and Red play for possession of the ball. If Red manages to pass to either Green player inside their rectangle, green dribbles down the sideline, through pair of yellow cones, and crosses. As green crosses, red (attacking team) and white (defending team) enter the box. If, whoever the defending team as green crosses is, steals the ball, they have to build out from the back into the blue box in order to be able to play either green player and become now the attacking team. Plays may restart with a GK's punt into the blue box.
