Phase 1 Player 1 plays ball into player 2. Player 2 sets ball left or right with first touch. Having continued their run, player 1 shoots at goal 1 finishing with 1st touch. Player 1 then takes player 2`s position. Phase 2 Player 2 makes run from their cone towards player 3. Player 3 plays cross from corner. Player 2 then shoots at goal 2, again, finishing with 1st touch - may be a header, volley or a shot played from the ground.
