- Head up - Pass into space - Meet the cross at pace - Drill the ball in low; using the inside of the foot to control ball positon/pace Place three cones in a triangle, depending on the ability and accuracy of the players - the cones can be move further from the target area (6 yard box). The first player stands with the ball facing the goal. The second player (who would usually be a ST/CF or CAM) faces the first player and receives the ball. The first player makes a run to the un-used cone (wide positon) the ball is returned to them and the ball is crossed low to the 6 yard box. The second player turns in to space and meets the cross to finish.
