The objective here is to practice getting the midfielders in to the box at the right time for when the winger is feeding the ball in. All three attackers start on the half way line. The attacker with the ball must dribble through the cones and then carry the ball to the final crossing cone. When the first attacker has made it through the dribbling part, the other two attackers must sprint up to the box. One of the attackers goes in the area and the other one on the edge of the area. The ball will be cross in and must be finished. One defender and one goal keeper will try and stop the shot.
