
Objective: switching fields 3 teams of 4. Set a grid (21 x15) giving it thirds. The middle team are the defenders. 2 player from the defense attacks one side putting pressure. The other 2 are looking to intercept any switch of field passes. the offensive team looks to play some short ball then delivering a cross. When a cross is completed, the 2 defenders in the middle become th new pressing defenders as the last 2 now fill in the middle. If at any time the ball is recovered or intercepted, simple turn the ball back over and start. Play until desired time to rotate teams.
