This is a passing skills drill -One defender stands in front of the goal Strikers lined up behind the blue cone with the ball Players linedup behind the red cone are recievers of the ball The blue striker passes to the first reciever then it becomes a 2 v 1 situation agasinst the defender at the net. After the attempt at goal, the players swap roles and they line up at the back of the line. Then the next players repeat this drill
After 5 attempts, it is good to change the defender so everyone gets a go The recievers should be asked to shoot if they are not guarded or pass back to the striker with a through ball or a cross
