This session is designed to encourage wing play and stretching the pitch. It encourages the wingers to be alert and react to not only the defenders but also when the pivot player (striker) receives the ball.
stage 1: wingers drive wide and when they receive the ball they cross it in to the striker. stage 2: winger that doesnt receive the ball then gets into the box to join the attack and create an overload. stage 3: winger that receives the ball can choose to cross or beat the defender and drive into the box
