Players will be split into two groups and start from opposite corners of the playing area. They will take turns to dribble through the 'sea of cones' and the take a shot at goal. They will then join the opposite line after taking a shot. Progression will be to add a goalkeeper on each side. If further progress is needed for those striving ahead, add a defender on either side for the players to beat after going through the cones. 15 minutes needed for this activity.
- Emphasis on finding the right route to dribble through the cones. - Wanting players to place their shot after going through the cones, keep it low and hard into the corners.
