The first exercise is a simple close control dribble to the middle point and a line-breaking touch across the second half. The second exercise consists of three shuttle runs before sprinting with the ball to the end. The third exercise uses sharp turns across the box. The fourth and final exercise uses a Cruyff turn in the middle of the box before turning again and sprinting to the end. All 4 exercises are done back to back and the ball is stopped dead at the end of each set of cones and once one circuit is complete the player takes a 10 second breather before going back the other way.
