Beginner Dribbling Drill
Drill 1- Making sure that the player steps one foot in each square as they go along. Once, they get to the end of the ladder they need to make a quick sprint to the end. Gradually slowing down the pace and having a light jog back to where they started. To increase the tempo have all of the players go at the same time caming up with each other. Drill 2 - Progression from Drill 1, the coach should introduce using the ball whilst dribbling through the cones using both sides of the foot. Also, having that light touch when pushing the ball through the gaps between the cones.
