
The blues have to dribble through defenders to get to the orange cones. The defenders cant leave the square. If a defender wins the ball and kicks the ball out from the square that person has to join the defenders. Attackers must dribble through the square. If they dribble out the square they have to go in middle to be a defender.
Take little touches so you can dribble by the defender without them getting he ball of you. Keep your head up so you can see where the defenders are. Defenders try winning the ball by making a standing tackle.
