The attackers (blue) line up at one end of the area with a ball. The defenders (red) line up in the middle of the area. The aim for the attackers is to make it to the other end of the area without losing the ball to the defenders. If they lose the ball, they will become a defender in the next round. The dfenders simply want to get the ball out of the area.
