- Blue player starts at point 1 with ball and slaloms through first set of cones. - At point 2 they look to dribble through the gates at speed starting with the yellow gate then orange then yellow etc. - For point 3 they push the ball through the last gate and take one more touch to go passed the white cone and finish first time in the goal. - The blue player goes to collect their shot. The yellow player at point 4 has their ball and plays a pass into the red player at point 5 to play a 1-2 and make a pass into the grey player at point 6 for a 1-2 with the red player who lays it into the grey player to start point 1 by going around the orange cone. - The blue player joins point 4, the yellow player joins point 5 and the red player point 6 and keeps moving round as a circuit.
- The dribbling player will look to have good fast touches so they can travel at speed. Important to use both feet and different parts to keep it under control. - Passers who set up next drill will look to play sharp, accurate passes and support quickly.
