JUMP, DRIBBLE AND SHOOT: The basics of this drill are dribbling, and shooting. to enhance the drill, add more cones and/or a defender inbetween cones and the goalkeeper.
first the player jumps over the ladders/hurdles, with a directional change in between. the players then sprint to collect a ball. Dribble the ball in between the cones (use 4/6 depending on space and age), once they have completed the dribble between the cones, the players must attempt to score a 1v1 with the goalkeeper. Encourage them to take one or 2 touches inside the box, but to shoot early to give the goalkeeper less time to react.
