
Set Up: 4 Sets of 5 cones. (depends on number) Goal set up 5-10m after the last cone. Drill Players from each line go one at a time. Players must go in and out of each cone. At the end of the line of cones create an imaginary line where players must take their shot. After the player has shot make sure they collect their ball and return it to their team. Variations: left/right foot only through the set of cones a skill can be performed before shooting i.e. toe taps, standing step overs. reward points for; goals scored first goal scorer first to return to their team with ball encouraging team mates
