On go, the first person from each team runs to the middle and grabs 1 ball and runs back to their 'Nest' then the next person goes. Once all the balls are gone you blow the whistle and the team with the most balls in the nest win. Progression- You can get players to dribble with the ball back and this can be used with Football, Basketball, Handball etc. Further Progression- Players rather than stopping when all the balls are gone, they begin to rob eachothers nests 1 person at a time. (No tackling or defending)
You can get players to think tactically about which nest to rob later on.You can focus on dribbling with speed and add different constraints like only using 1 hand or foot.
