Playes line up either side with a ball. 2 players then have to dribble through the area getting to the other side. Other payers have to kick their ball to hit the dribbling players ball. Rotate around so that everyone gets to go through the gauntlet.
Dribbling players should dribble with both feet, look to stop the ball with the top of their foot as well. Keep head up so that they can see when other players are going to kick the ball.
